My Story

Hi! I’m Katie Kalafus.

With over 12 years of hands-on experience in sales, I have become an expert in creating compelling sales and marketing content that resonates with customers.

I am deeply passionate about sales. Talking about sales process, strategy and best practices makes my heart sing.

From a scrappy SDR to becoming a Head of Sales, I was always the nerd on the team who wrote all of the sales content - from sequences to templates to playbooks to internal documentation.

My approach always starts with seeking to understand your target customer personas and unique product differentiation, then translating those learnings into effective sales and marketing content that converts.
